Virtual Office Business Administration and Management Platform (MYVO)

Virtual Office is a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) application which comprises the Virtual Office Business Administration and Management Platform (MYVO) which has been designed and fully integrated to manage almost any type of business operation; inclusive of its business administration, corporate management and governance, operational structures and document management, fully integrated CRM, website and campaign management, and it's network management capability (which allows it to manage a global agency network  remotely).

Website Manager:

The Website Manager resides within the FICSGlobal Control Panel and manages all website content and design layout through the fully integrated website Content Management System (CMS). 

Virtual Office users should have their existing website template reproduced so that it fully integrates with the Virtual Office Platform through the Control Panel Website CMS, so that they are able to take control of all website related activity. This also provides the required digital integrity when implementing business structuring or corporate restructuring.  Website Management provides ERP users with the ability to manage their operational website components and content: including sections, tabs, privacy policy, terms and conditions of use, agent log-in, public content, secure content, flash, corporate logos, internal design layout of the template, colour schemes, communication, contact page, e-commerce and online applications. The Virtual Office System also allows ERP users the option to choose their website template from the Virtual Office design template library and then links the website template to their CMS; and allows them to manage their website remotely. 

Website Template Manager:

The Template Manager is fully integrated with the Website Manager and resides within Virtual Office module controller, allowing the Virtual Office ERP Operator to select a Template type and automatically link to the relevant website CMS to create and manage their own website.
